Stephen gosling


Stephen is one of the founding Directors of Verde Property both in Australia and New Zealand. Stephen’s career, which spans 40 years, has been exclusively in the Property industry. Stephen is experienced in the areas of Development Management, Valuation, Property Fund Management and Property Management, having held senior executive rolls in all these fields.

For the 10 years prior to creating Verde Property, Stephen was the manager of Suncorp’s $3.5 billion Investment Property Group. During this time the fund undertook the development of some of Queensland’s most iconic and prestigious property developments, in the retail, commercial education and hotel sectors.

Jim is heavily involved in the strategic direction and decision making for the business. Prior to establishing Verde Property and his various other private businesses, Jim Goldburg, was a director of the publicly listed Flight Centre Limited.


jody gosling


Jody is one of the founding Directors, and shareholders, of Verde Property and has more than 30 years of real estate and retail leasing and management experience spanning Australia and New Zealand.

Commencing her career with Richard Ellis (now CBRE) in New Zealand in 1986, Jody has worked at senior management and Director level for some of Australia’s leading commercial real estate and property development companies including Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL Australia), Knight Frank and McNab Developments.

In 1993, Jody was the first female to be appointed Director of JLL Australia, heading up the Queensland Retail Leasing and Management team, overseeing 90 staff and a portfolio of more than 850 tenancies.

During her professional career Jody has held significant roles with key industry bodies including Chair of the Property Council Retail Committee from 1995 to 2005 and was appointed by the Queensland State Government as sitting member on Queensland Council of Administrative Tribunals in 2001.

Jody is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a qualified Justice of the Peace.


Jamie bartlett


Jamie is the CEO of the Friday Group, a single family office based in Brisbane. Jamie began at the Friday Group in 2001, previously was an investor and director of a chain of retail shops, held a senior finance role at Flight Centre Limited, and was an executive at Close Brothers Limited, a London based merchant bank. Jamie began his career at KPMG and is a Chartered Accountant.
